You would see so many people doing 30 minute runs because they believe it is the best way for losing fat. This is a very common misconception.
I am here to tell you about an exercise that beats running, which I love and only spend about 5 minutes doing.
Many people do not know of the powers of jump-roping!
Jump-roping is a very highly effective cardio exercise for burning fat.
And the best part is you only need to do it for 5-10 minutes.
So instead of doing your 30 minute runs, or however long they are, jump-rope instead! But make sure you do it at a fast pace, I didn't say jump-roping is easy but it is a lot less time consuming.
If your jump-rope at a fast pace for about 5-10 minutes, you can probably burn the same amount of fat from running around 20-25 minutes.
So go get yourself a jump-rope and start jump-roping!
